When this place first opened it was great. Now they have let it go. The hose or either not sucking, not sucking enough, or broken. You pay a certain amount a month for a wash and when you go through the wash you don't always get what you paid for. Sometimes you get the service and sometimes you don't. I'm thinking of going somewhere else.
5 stars great quick service, usually quick to fix clogged vacuums and such, just let then know, the employees are great been a member for awhile now and its way worth it, they do my interior and put more effort into it than I ever would, they care and are super fast and effecient!! Keep up the good work guys!
Free vacuums! Inexpensive quick wash. Mind the wheels, the automated system can scratch them up. Great deal on monthly passes.
A stock piece of my front bumper on my 2016 VW went missing during my wash. After I brought it to the attention of the manager, he told me it was too small to be caught. Even though I've been a Tsunami Pass member since February ($45/mo), that little piece which fell off because of the wash puts me out $120. Not coming back if you're going to make me spend 3 months charges to fix my car for your careless operation of machinery. I've been less than satisfied with the calibration of the machines for the past few months but now it's costing me money. Don't post a sign saying what you aren't responsible for unless you take responsibility for the things that aren't listed.
Great place clean your inside of you car with free vacuums and drive through wash. I use there monthly pass so I can wash my car once a day if needed for about $25 dollars for the month. I Uber drive so this is a great deal.
