I was there 2-3 hours. I genuinely don't remember how long it was, because it was so ridiculously long. I arrived, and was the second car being detailed. The women in front of me were finished within 15 minutes of my arrival. Then I sat. And sat. And sat.
Having said that, I was not overjoyed with the experience.
Competitive pricing for a good - but not great - service. I give it a "four star" rating, because the receipt they provide you allows for a discount for another wash, Gold Star treatment, which includes complete interior wipe-down, as well as leather seating. They exceeded my expectations in some areas, but lacked in others. I would return as a patron, but this is only my second car wash I've been to since my arrival in the area last month. Gotta a few more car washes to check out before making a thorough assessment. Overall, TLC was not bad. For a partial interior wipe down and exterior wash and (hand towel) dry, I waited about 25 minutes. Staff was very courteous and professional.

Apparently an "air freshener" is getting a spritz of lemon scent from a spray bottle.
When they were finally done detailing, I went through the standard wash, and they toweled off my car. At the end, I reminded them that the package I'd bought came with an air freshener (for the post-Halloween-mess, remember?)
These folks were open on one of our scorching days and they did an awesome job!
I came here on a Saturday midday because I needed a post-Halloween-party detail wash. Gross. So, keeping that in mind, I can't be too terribly upset about the job.
Do not go! Not only did they not get the car clean, they completely scratched the hood and would not except any responsibility...but rather got condescending. plenty of car washes around the corner
