Just went through the $12 car wash and my car went from dusty to streaked. This place is consistently a disappointment but today was the worst yet. I'll find a new place.
Hurricane is always very clean and well maintained. Attendants are helpful when there's a need. It's easy to use, even for the technologically challenged like myself. The addition of Rainex has really helped maintain my car's shine. They are careful to post warnings about ice hazards, and a note when something is temporarily out of service (which, in my experience, is quite infrequent). This was the first NEW car I'd ever purchased (back in 2011), and Hurricane's strong service is the reason I consistently go out of my way to wash my car there. Keep up the good work!
Laser wash was horrible. Paid for best wash. The platinum wash and my black truck has polish and water stains all over it. It looked worse coming out than it did going in
The Laser Wash does not clean or rinse the center of your car very well. The sprayer heads do not hit the center of the vehicle from the top of the hood to the trunk lid. It's just ok. Don't spend the extra money. Only pay for the more basic auto washes.
Machine ate 5$ and I couldn't refund. Reached out for assistance nothing. Being a college student money's pretty tight sometimes so I obviously don't like spending 11$ for the most basic wash because of a machine error
