Frequent self-service user here. Bays are usually clean and in good working order (if a little slow to switch wash types). I occasionally run into a problem with the card readers or wash type selector, but it's pretty rare. Used to be an crazy good value before a recent price bump, but it's still pretty good. If you work fast and stick to soap, water, and spotless rinse, it's easy to clean up for $4-6
This place is one of a kind, its an amazing Castle for a building!!!! i love the people that work up here, they gave me a free car wash my first time meeting them. Ever since then ive just been hooked, if you pay 3 dollars you get 6min, totally worth it. Everything works so smoothly, if you have a problem with anything be free to ask, theres always someone there. At the end of washing you're car to top it off, you can vacuum you're car for free. Amazing job keep it up, you got my business.
I always come here for my car washes! The service is always friendly! Something is always out of service though, this time it was the coin machine. But the vacuums are great!
Decent coin op. They need to fix the pavement in their area though.
It did not dry my car and I returned back and showed the guy that the system did not dry my car. He refused to help and he told me that I need to pay again. Can you image that you paid money to get the service but not getting service completely and have to pay again. No customer care, No customer satisfaction. It is so frustrating. WASTE OF MONEY AND WILL NEVER COME BACK. Update: after sending email to manager or company owner, manager answer "sorry we were unable to make you happy today" No costumer service skills, no car wash skills and no business skills
