I’ had appointment and i have been there an hour they give me bad attitude..!
I called comfort dental this morning in pain, my dentist couldnt fit me in until next week and comfort care got me in within a half hour. The front desk ladies were very friendly. Taylor one of the front desk girls was very sweet to my 4 year old niece and my 1 year old son I had with me. Joe Marie was very nice as well and after I waited only ten minutes apologized for the wait and said it would only be a few minutes longer, I was amazed by their customer care. Dr. Butch was my dentist he was a very nice guy, he didnt make me feel bad for my not so up to date dental work. He understood my financial situation and actually waived the first visit fee since my insurance wont kick in for a few months, he also priced me out a very good price on a procedure. I have only been once but I plan on making this my permanent dentist since never before have I ever been to a dentist that they actually care so much about their clients!!
