My family has been treated by Dr. Gerhardt and his staff since 2008. He is an excellent dentist, clearly cares about his patients, and has a pleasant, upbeat demeanor. His dental hygienists have thoroughly and patiently educated my children on proper dental hygiene. Both his office manager and receptionist are among the most personable and efficient women I know. I give this practice a stellar recommendation and have referred my friends and family to this office. They also have been extremely pleased with the quality of care.
This was BY FAR the WORST experience my family has ever had at medical office of any nature!!! The staff and the Dentist himself have the rudest and most arrogant demeanors about them. Mr. Jared Gerhardt, himself was so rude that he made my daughter cry!!! I am so glad that we left on our own and did not allow him to touch our daughter's teeth! I have already reported him to the BBB and will be contacting other appropriate agencies. Stay away from this dentist, there are some awesome dentists in Parkville and this one is not one!!
