Terrible doctor. I want to start by saying the office staff is wonderful, very kind and helpful. Dr. Lowe, however, is a different story. My wife has a history of horrible reactions to a certain anti-nausea medication. So, obviously she didn't want that prescription. The nurse told us to call if she needed a different medication. That night, after having her wisdom teeth extracted, my wife began vomiting over and over again. I called Dr Lowe and asked for him to call in a different anti-nausea medication. His response was that he "wasn't comfortable doing that, and she should just eat some crackers". I just about flew off the handle. Fortunately, our dentist, very kindly called something in for her. Don't use this doctor. There are too many other good doctors who actually care about their patients.
I was very skeptical going to this dentist as I had never been there before but I needed my wisdom teeth removed asap. Going to a new dentist for an extraction was extremely nerve racking especially because I have never been put under before.
I will most definitely recommend Dr. Lowe to anyone!

At first glance, this dentist office comes off as professional. But a year after my oral surgery, I am now getting HARASSED by credit companies saying I owe Dr. Lowe money! I was short on funds when I first went, so I was only able to get my 2 top wisdom teeth pulled. While checking out, I asked Dr. Lowe and his several "assistants" what is my remaining balance, they told me, I paid it! I reconfirmed before leaving that all payments were taken care of, and they assured me that everything was fine. Now, just about every other month a "Credit Company" is calling me saying I owe Dr. Lowe $134.70! Where this ending balance came from..I have NO CLUE!! But, what I do know is Dr. Lowe and his group on minions will be hearing from my Lawyer...ASAP!!!!
