My son has been receiving services from Dr. Pollina and his staff for a number of years. We are greatly satisfied with all of the staff from the front office to direct care staff. Thank you for quality service.
The exam here is inefficient. My son was constantly complaining of his back tooth hurting and after two exams here I took him to another dentist where they found he actually had a cavity. My child could of been walking around for a cavity for up to a year being I depended on Dentistry for Children to find the cavities. When I realized this I also took my daughter to a new dentist where they found cavities that Dentistry for Children did not find. Being my daughter already had two exams with Dentistry for Children her third exam with the dentist office that performed an efficient exam and found her cavities was denied. I know have to pay for $60 for an exam because I had to have my child reexamined due to Dentistry for Children's inefficiency. It has been a headache.
They wont let you go back in the room. I have an older child that has been going there for many years so this policy change had been flexible in past and as they got older I didnt have a problem with it. Now that I also have a toddler they are very strict on this policy and with children that little I feel they need to be more flexible and also earn your trust, not blindly expect you to trust them. Sorry but my toddler needs me in the room. If you also feel like you need to be there for your little ones then don't even bother, they won't care about your needs and will stick to their policy. Given that they have so many clients they don't care. Such a shame cause we really liked Dr Roeber, oh well.
All the doctors are great! I've been taking my children for almost 10 years and they LOVE going to the dentist! :)
Rude, rude, rude! I don't need to hear the nasty comments because I have not taken my daughter to the dentist soon enough. Then suddenly when they found out we didn't have insurance they had no appointments available. DO NOT CALL
