I recently went to the location on Meyer Blvd and had an excellent experience! Everyone was super friendly and put me at ease. The nurse practitioner I saw, Mary Cowan, was down to earth and went over all of my options with me. She was very thorough and honest, which meant a lot to me. The whole experience made me feel really great, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
I really enjoyed the staff everyone from the male receptionist, my nurse, and the new midwife were all very friendly, professional, and fast. Thank you all I'll be back here again.
The doctor is fine but just because of this service I want to find different office.
I’m very picky about any type of medical doctors and services and I must say this place is fantastic. I’m always greeted with a smile and I feel welcomed every time I walk through the door. Dr. Levine is awesome and I’m glad she’s my OB.
North Oak location is the worst customer care I have seen in my life. The front office scheduling service is awful, the lady is so rude. I was trying to schedule my first prenatal visit and she was so rude to me and told me that they can't see me till 9 weeks! I literally had to spell her my name, doctor's name letter by letter because she wouldn't or didn't want to understand.
If you value integrity, Do not go to this place. The staff are complete liars.
