Patient for 4 years. Formerly samuel rodgers. Definitely better than it was there in terms of safety. If you have a full time job that isnt flexible good luck keeping it. They will use that the clinic is income based against you and take away your meds if you dont follow the rules. Most of the employees are nice but dont expect any leeway even if you followed the rules and never fail a UA.

This is the most racist unprofessional environment. Do not seek help here they need help theirselves. Sara is unprofessional egotistic facilitator will discharge you for correcting her mistake Heidi is another racist group leader who seriously needs her job revoked. None of these people are qualified to help any one
The intake person has no clue, she couldn't answer the most basic questions about process and fee's and resorted to lying once she lost her patience. She also doesn't answer the phone or adhere to the 24 hour call back promise. I had to leave 3 messages and wait nearly a week to schedule. Daily dosing averages an hour wait everyday. So It's basically a hangout for the opiate enthusiastic. They require more groups than a person with a job or family should be expected to commit to and best of all treat you awful from when they search you after walking in until you walk out. I'm assuming because they work with the parol system. If you have ANY other options I would strongly suggest avoiding this place at all costs.
Also turn around for employees is horrible and rules used to change constantly, usually to detriment of clients but dont change as much as when it was sam rodgers. But unless you want to drive even further to another clinic or pay $300+ a month for meds you'll have to play the if you dont do this and come when we want you to we'll put you into 2-3 week withdrawal torture game.
