Awesome practice, friendly staff and Dr Jacobs has a great bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and respectful. I've had good success from allergy shots.
These people get annoyed extremely easy and angry if you don’t want to take their treatment. They ignore you when you call them and you’re sick. I personally will go to KU before going back to this group of doctors. If they are so incompetent that they just ignore their patients that’s extremely sad. Doctors in this country have become complacent and if you are not making them money they have no need for you. If I were you, I would just not waste your time with this physician. It’s just not worth your time. You will just be ignored when you need them.
