Can I rate this less than zero? My husband bought a new Iphone 7 on July 26 that he couldn't hear on, and he couldn't be heard when placing calls. He went to return it on August 6 to get a replacement. The store manager, Joseph Kanewske said we'd have to pay $45 to restock a phone. I get that if we just didn't want it. But pay $45 to restock a phone that doesn't work? No. He told us we'd have to go to the Apple to get a phone because ATT has a contract with Apple. Good thing I called them before I went there, because like I thought, since we bought it at ATT, the issue was with ATT. I'm planning on going to Verizon tomorrow.
Absolutely terrible customer service. We waited for fourty minutes with only one customer ahead of us and there were four service representatives doing nothing.
Donna, was not very respectful. Could have had much better customer service.
Staff was friendly but the wait time was ridiculous. Best bet is to set up an appointment before hand
Terribly mismanaged store!!! Waited 40min as a walk-in, with one person ahead. Kept taking appointments ahead of us. Any good manager would provide time available for walk-ins. Will be cancelling my ATT Uverse as a result.
