A bit smaller than other Guitar Center locations, but customer service is far better than the other ones I've been to in the surrounding area. My brother and I are always welcomed when we come in and everyone is always willing to help. I'm willing to drive the extra miles to get to this Guitar Center.
Good luck getting help. Waited 20 minutes to get someone to help us. We finally left. Chaotic store, impossible to tell who is an employee. Saw others leave as well after waiting in front of us.
I was just there. I needed a piece for my son's trombone for school (i did not want to go to Meyer music). Aaron was EXTREMELY helpful and patient and nice. Although they didn't have what i needed he bent over backwards to try to find it for me. If were musically inclined i would live at this store! Even though i directly worked with Aaron other employees were helpful as well trying to help him find what i needed. Store is on point with awesome employees.
The next day, I track the new shipping label to the Guitar Center in Towson, MD and they claim that there was no guitar, there was a package but not with my guitar or case.
The original shipping label says it is waiting for pickup. The secondary shipping label was received but supposedly wasn't a guitar. I am out over $600 because no one wants to refund my money. I don't understand the scam that is being pulled here but I don't appreciate it. I can not in good faith ever recommend this store to anyone based on my experience with it.
I am not sure what kind of scam this store is trying to pull on me but this is my experience with them. I ordered a guitar from the store on Friday, September 1, 2017. On the following Monday, they print a label for the guitar but never ship anything with that label. I call the store 2 days later to find out what is happening and they said that they shipped my guitar under a different shipping label, not the one that they printed for it.
