I LOVE 9Round. I have never like to work out, but since 9Round I love to workout. The trainers are the great and the owner are awesome. They all treat you like family. I can't imagine my life without 9Round, oh yes I can - I would never work out!

Best workout Experience EVER!!!!! I was very active in high school with competitive soccer but once I graduated and then had my first child at 21 I didn't have the motivation to do anything for myself! At the at of 34 and 2 kids later I decided to do something for me! I saw a friend posting about 9 Round so I decided what the heck I'll give it a try! I instantly fell in love after my first workout even though I got my butt kicked! The trainers are amazing and push me when I need a little pushing! Growing up playing soccer I was always coached and that's exactly what I needed someone to show me what to do and push me while encouraging me! Now 4 months later I love the 30 min workout and I can go anytime it's convenient for me because a new round starts every 3 mins! And the 1st workout is always FREE!
