I am glad to find such a nice box with professional coaches and friendly crossfit buddies while I am visiting Kansas City. The coach Chase was very enthusiastic with coaching athletes and his instruction was very clear to follow. I was introduced to friendly buddies in the beginning of class and they were cheerful and friendly enough to make me feel comfortable in working out. Line drills and warm up exercises were helpful to get ready for WOD. Overall, this is a great place to do crossfit and don't be shy to try it out!!
We were drop ins for the week during the holidays. Chase was very warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home! The space is great and has all the equipment you need. We weren't able to make a class one day but felt comfortable hanging out during their open gym. The classes are just the right size and the people are great! Thanks Chase for making your gym our home away from home. We will be back!
I have been a member since the doors opened and I can say through all my experiences with other gyms I have visited that this is home. Between the coaches, programming, and community, they really do have it all. The classes are smaller which is nice for the one-on-one critiques on form and genuinely care for your safety. Will recommend this place for all ages and fitness levels as everyone is welcome!
This place is great, the group of people, the coaches and the morale here is wonderful! I’ve known the coaches for years now and they have an all around wealth of knowledge for crossfit, and living a healthy lifestyle!
