My life has dramatically improved since first joining Lynn's yoga class in 2007. She began as my yoga teacher, became my doula through two births, and finally brought my life clarity and peace as my energy healer. Even my children visit her for yoga, gardening club, and energy healing! I've felt so blessed to have her as a resource in my community. Wow!! Lynn knows her stuff when it comes to Yoga, Herbal Teas, healthy choices and much,much more. My wife and I attended an introductory class taught by Lynn to introduce multiple things that she can do for a healthier life style. (I also learned about some things my body can't do any more. Smiling.) Lynn is such a good teacher, she explains everything clearly and most of all......she is just......nice. She is also sincere in getting people to a healthier life style too. You most likely will not find a more personal Yoga instructor any where in the Northland, so, check her out. You will be happy you got a chance to meet her.
