This is a fake review, but I thought it was funny. Supercuts, they mess up so much, they just make a supercut and cut it all off.
I will not ever come back here. In all my years of getting my haircut I've never gotten a bad one, never had a person be so rude. I don't recommend coming here to anymore.
I truly wish I could give this place no stars. I've spontaneously cut my hair very very short for years. Never in my life have I ever had a bad experience except for today with Lisa. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had the photo out on my phone as she cut my hair to show what I wanted done sitting in my lap. She told me three times to "chill out because she had it" I'm not a very confrontational person so I put it away even though the rude comments were highly aggravating. She then after a whole started to cut my hair shorter in the bangs then the photo. I made the comment, "the bangs go past the mouth at an angle mam I really like the way it is in the photo". She replied yeah I know sweetie and kept chopping away. I made comment a little later when I could tell they were way shorter then the photo that I didn't think it was that short in the photo and was just told it will be like the phone calm down. (I wasn't not panicked or abbrasive however I was extremely aggravating) She made comments as she cut my hair such as "now don't freak out now while I do this" and "now just wait and don't freak out". It was so rude and aggravating. When she was almost finally done I was struggling to hold back tears because it was very clearly not what I had brought on the photo. She then made the comment "don't look disappointed yet I'm styling it". Then when she was done she said you don't like it? I made the comment back it's just not what I had brought in on the photos, to which she replied "its the photo bring it up" I did so, pointed out the bangs stopped at my nose when they were suppose to reach past my mouth. I also pointed out it also wasn't nearly as thick as the photo on the bangs because she took out way to much and made then way to short. She then said "it is the photo but I will not argue with you. She then preceded to charge me 15.00 for a haircut that I didn't even want. I went back in 5 minutes later after crying in the car with my husband for a refund because it felt ridiculous to pay for such a horrible experience and completely messed up hair. She make a ridiculous smacking noise when I was addressing the other stylest who happened to be the cashier. I completely ignored her. To make maters even worse I was told I must come back Sunday for a refund and was given no way to contact the manger when I asked for it and was told to call back Sunday to talk to him as well.
Gray blending is fabulous also reasonably priced. I love my haircut. Efficient, respectful, organized, all around great place.
Clean, quick, cut. The manager remembered me and how I liked it cut after 6 months. Friendly, knowledgeable, and well trained in a wide variety of hair styles. We I am in North KC that's where I go!
