I'm taking hand tools in today to be sharpened, lopping shears and such. They send them out and I can pick them up later. I am so glad this store is in my neighborhood. It is a great place to shop. If you want help tell the cashier as you enter. Otherwise one of those Helpful Hardware People is likely to ask you somewhere in the store if you are finding what you need. No pressure to buy. I love this place.
They remodeled several months back, looks good, but had to find everything all over the store again. It gave me a chance to explore and see what new products they have, wish they would have redone the floors though you can see the old layout on the tiles but they new layout looks a lot better just need to get used to it. VERY Friendly staff.
It's a good store in a convenient location with friendly service. The only negative is that sometimes they are missing articles.
If you like waiting in a line to checkout, this is your place. Decent hardware store, slow service. Not a quick stop most times.
Great experience got $10 off my purchase of $30 with a coupon. Staff was very informative and knowledgable about products. The store it self is very clean and neat. I think this is one of the nicest ive seen in westport. I would highly recommend this hardware store and their return policy is great
