There is NO REASON for a Doctor or his RN to not return a patients call. I've called this office and left messages to be called back, and was ignored. When I need an appointment or some advice, I expect to hear from them! I've been a Patient for a long time, but, have been very disappointed in the last 8 months how things are being run in this office!
