Best staff I've ever had in a hospital, by far. Clean facilities, nice people who truly care about you and take the time to make a connection.
I have worked at both Select KCMO and KCK as a Clinical Liaison and have to say I'm very surprised when I see negative reviews. I check in my patients whom are admitted as frequently as possible and have never received negative feedback from anyone. As a nurse I have also had the opportunity to work directly with patients and after 25 years as a nurse can without hesitation say, should the need arise I would have ZERO hesitation having a loved one come to either of our local facilities.
They do not know how to communicate or deal with patients that have mental handicaps. I had to advocate for my client constantly to have great treatment and care. Discharge was horrendous with getting meds together in scripts and orders. If i could give zero stars i would
