Love TMC Lakewood. I've delivered 3 babies here, and was very satisfied each time. If I were to ever have another baby I wouldn't even consider going to another hospital. The nurses are amazing, and the doctors are respectful and informative. They help keep you as comfortable as possible during labor. The rooms are very accomidating and spacious. I as well as my children have been to the emergency room several times, for different reasons. Again we were treated with respect and received great care with every visit. The dental facility gets you in in a timely manor and also does a great job. The food is surprisingly good. My son fractured his foot at 2.5 years old and had to see a physical therapist, I was very impressed with how well they handled him. With their help he didn't have to have surgery. I could go on and on about this hospital, i wouldn't go anywhere else.
BEWARE!!! If I could give this place "0" stars I would. My daughter was seen at their Family Medicine Clinic where Dr. Lauren A. Carpenter gave her the flu shot without parental consent. When I confronted the Dr. and the Team Manager about the situation they just brushed it under the rug. There was no corrective action given either. Please do not take your children here!!!
Been going here for my dental ever since I was young. They always know what they’re doing and are polite and professional. I’ve never had a bad experience.
Chose to deliver my baby here and I am so happy that I did. I came here Black Friday 2 cm dilated and contractions 3-5 minutes apart...Nurse Laney was amazing as well as the doctor (whose name I forgot, sorry!) they were very attentive, understanding, & patient with me while they literally did all they could to help me to go into active labor safely...they let me use the Jacuzzi & helped me walk around to try and ease my contractions and speed the process up but I stayed at three 2.75 cms for a few hours and asked to go home...Lo and behold they sent me home and as soon as I got to my house 20 minutes away my water broke! I came back and miraculously was dilated to 10 and delivered a happy healthy baby with NO epidural & NO pain meds whatsoever! Nurse Randi and my doctor (whose name I also forgot, sorry again!) made an amazing team and delivered my son in an hour and half. I bled out pretty bad but they helped keep me calm & made sure me and my baby were healthy when we left! I really want to have all my kids here in the future!
By far the best ER in the area. All the staff was courteous, worked quickly, and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Virtually no wait time. Wouldn't go anywhere else
