I have had Jeff Williams and American family for almost 2 years now. The staff and service are spot on. If I need any documents or have questions I always get fast turn around and response. My rates are way better as well as my coverage compared to the last provider. I found this office thru a friend who referred me to Michael a sales agent in the office. My wallet is glad I made the call to switch.

We went with him, not only because he got us the lowest rate, but also because he is trustworthy, knows his industry well, and a genuinely cares about his clients.
Asked to receive my insurance i.d. cards instead received a letter notifying me my rates were doubled after having american family for 10 years. They will shamelessly take your money and give you excuses why its ok. Whenever insurance is the topic of a discussion I will let people know to stay away from american family and this office.

Worst insurance ever!!! These people act very nice and kind but I just can't understand why it takes a minimum of three times to get anything done/changes made?!?! I keep getting additional bills from their corporate office as well and there's always an excuse from corporate that the agent made some change to the policy then the agent blames corporate. I am looking for different insurance stat!
