I recently moved to Kansas City and was needing home and auto insurance for 5 vehicles. My experience was beyond awful! I met with a Stephanie there who was extremely rude, texting her friends during the meeting, and made snyde comments the entire time with an attitude. She was very unprofessional and unfortunately I could not put such a big account into the hands of an agency that has such terrible employees. I would reconsider if this employee was terminated but don't waste your time going in and try a different agency in town.
