I have been with Jeff now for over a year. They are very fast and helpful. Amanda is always super happy to answer questions and if they don't answer she calls as soon as she can. I have moved a couple times now, switched my plan, and they are always helpful to tell me what's going on. When I got into my wreck the A.F agents got my car in the shop after 2 days, and after $6,000 worth of work and a week and half later my car looked brand new! I would definitely recommend this agent for any auto insurance!
They do not know what they are doing at this office. My bill went up and up for no reason. I canceled my policy in dec. and got a collection notice for $47 march 23..... They are still screwing me out of money... Call geico thats what i did
They have been zero help in dealing with an auto accident we were in (other driver was at fault). No help in dealing with our claim to get a new roof. Will not returned phone calls because they "could find our number". I'm pretty sure if they stopped receiving my check they would find my phone number. All they are good at is taking your money and being 100% incompetent. We are switching to Wheat State Insurance after being loyal customer at American Family for over a decade and never filing a claim, until now.
The worst ever, they change my policy and the payment went double, I called to see why, They were so rude.
