One of the beds was more comfortable than the other. The hotel is in the middle of some renovation, as of December 2017. The work hasn't interfered with my stay. I greatly appreciated the extra effort the staff took to make my 3-week long stay better, they gave me a note and goodie bag.
Newly renovated. Friendly staff. Close to great shopping and the airport. Great for families but no pets.
Stayed in room 235. Had a couple issues with a room and elevator. But front desk took care of us promptly. Stayed here a few times now. And the location is great. Close to everything. Easy access to airport and highways.
Great location. Rooms are great with amazing beds and the complimentary breakfast is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The walls, though, are about as thin as paper. We could hear everything on both sides, including conversations that weren't exactly my parents yelling at each other. We could hear every door opening and closing. The elevators aren't located in convenient locations.
Traveled to the KC area for business and stayed at the Airport Courtyard. The staff while checking in were so welcoming and friendly. I also was had top notch treatment by the Bistro staff and front desk again upon checkout. When traveling without loved ones, the hospitality of these people make being away much more bearable. The rooms are newly renovated on the side I stayed and they asked for forgiveness since the construction crews were using the same elevators. Did not affect me in the least but did notice the elevator walls had protective covering. Great hotel that I will choose when I return for future meetings.
