Just save your time and spend the extra 50 bucks to stay anywhere else. Staff was very nice, but toilet was broke, shower head pipe was loose, and the room was sticky. Life is too short to need to deadbolt your door shut. - can see daylight through door jams.
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. They charged me twice for our room. When I brought it the the front desk clerks attention, she very rudely replied "there is nothing we can do". Don't waste your money here. For the cost of being charged twice you could get yourself a very nice hotel!
Rooms are very clean and internet is amazing. The only thing this place needs in better coffee in the rooms.
The only reason they got 1 star is because I have to comment. The customer service people at the desk act like they dispise black people. The man who works the front of the desk are very rude and unprofessional. Calls my fiance' lazy and refuses to let us warm up any food in the microwave. Comes in the rooms without knocking etc. This is crazy. We are homeless but they are still getting paid for us to be here. He treats us worse when their are Caucasians around. To make himself feel better. His wife just sits there and tells him what he should do. And the rooms are not really clean all the time. They complain about towels tissue. And the housekeeping is worse. They don't change our sheets give us towels we have to ask and that's when the attitudes start. I been getting beat out of money as well I'm taking legal action. Especially for harassment.
This place is Nice and cheap had friendly staff was the perfect place to stay during the last football game super close to the stadium too definitely what I was looking for.
