Reason # 3: no plug for tub drain, can't give kids a bath I guess.
This hotel was terrible.
Family of 4, small children + small dog
Last straw: told her about the problems with the room... nothing... not an apology... not "let me fix that"... nothing. She just looked at me. Told her we would be checking out... She made no effort to fixing anything... No customer service skills, no respect. I had been nothing but courteous and respectful to her and she treated my presence like an inconvenience. Management needs to rethink her employment.
This hotel is uninhabitable! We were shown 4 rooms all were filthy, tissues under the bed, hair in the shower, syringes outside the windows, floors needed to be vacuumed. There was not a clean room in the place. This was not a cheap hotel at over $100 a night. Please don't bother, too many other hotels to choose from. I will say the clear was very nice and did end up refunding our money (to Expedia) since she herself could not find a clean room.
The rooms are not worth the money you pay the staff devious and were down right rude.
Great room rates! I checked into my room and it had Not been cleaned. Toilet seat was broken and dresser drawer door was missing. Had to relocate to another room.
Reason #1: booked online for a 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds Checked in and they don't have one we reserved available so the receptionists decided to split the reservation to 2 rooms each with a queen bed... asked if they were located next to each other... (No), receptionist offered 1 bedroom with king... asked if it had a couch...(Yes, but doesn't fold out) >ok. Get to the room- there is no couch. Can't fit a family of four on one bed even if it is a king size.
Reason # 2: trash in the trash can left from previous guest. Yuck
Elevator made us a little uneasy at first, started to go to another floor without closing the door; that only happened once and it worked fine every other time. Bed was comfy, great heat/ac system in the room, awesome location, nice to have kitchenette in the room, bathtub could’ve been a bit cleaner. Overall, it was a good stay.
Reason # 4: went to do laundry, needed quarters, clerk would not exchange/break my money for quarters. She said they couldn't take the US 1 dollar coins...It's F%&#n US currency! Unbelievable.
