Love! We couldn't recommend this place more strongly!!! We just did a road trip across the country stopping at b&b's along the way and this was our favorite. The building is clean, uncluttered, beautifully resorted and decorated. The service is perfection. The breakfast is so delicious we asked for the recipe. And one of the owners is an up and coming potter whose pieces adorn the whole house! We bought several things because we loved them so much. The whole experience was just wonderful.
We stayed at the Jefferson house to celebrate our anniversary. The home has been meticulously remodeled from top to bottom and is stunning. The room was decorated well and everything was clean and spotless. Peter and Theresa are the best hosts, and cook a delicious gourmet breakfast. They also greet you with fresh shortbread cookies and a glass of wine. We had something come up and they were more than accommodating to meet our needs. This is a must stay if you are looking for a place to get away in Kansas City.
Owners are fantastic and very knowledgable of the area. Garden is beautiful and the breakfasts are original and fresh.

Peter and Theresa are so lovely, Cheyenne and I have stayed there 3 times this year and it has been consistently wonderful! Christmas decorations were very festive this stay! Highly recommended and worth every penny!!!
