Had a great experience. Kasey, the manager, on loan from another location answered all our questions, was not pushy to close the sale and was very professional. We thought we'd just get a quote and do some comparison shopping but were so impressed with her and the "we'll beat any price for many months", return policies, next day free delivery and disposal of old mattress, etc that we bought the mattress on site.
I have nothing but great things to say about Micheal the sales person I dealt with. He was so cool, not pushy, no fast talk, and he actually listened to us. I went in knowing I wasn't going to pay full price for a mattress which are marked up so much beyond the actual cost. Micheal was willing to take a considerable amount off for me and was able to get the mattress to is within two days since their small store doesn't have a massive supply inventory on hand.
My girlfriend and I stopped in on Monday to find a new mattress for sale. Tyler was there and he helped us out a lot. I used to be an outlet shopper, but I am now a mattress firm customer for life. They have awesome deals and financing, and made the whole process personal and easy.
