My husband and I came in over Labor Day weekend, not sure if we would find a mattress we could agree on. Kelsey was very helpful. He listened to our feedback as we tried out all the options and ultimately directed us to a mattress we both actually liked. He was knowledgeable, patient and never pushy. It was a super easy process and we had our new mattress at home the next day - on a Sunday. We are very happy with our experience.
