We came in to purchase a mattress and met a sales associate by the name of Charlie who assisted us promptly, with a friendly attitude, and a smile. We had no idea what we wanted and he was able to assist us and get it narrowed down in about 15 minutes. We got what we wanted for a fair price and we're out the door in less than an hour.
