The front lobby and breakfast area were new and nice. I stayed in the smokers wing, you could tell. I'm not a smoker but needed a room. I was able to check in late, all employees were polite and courteous, breakfast was standard and good. I will probably stay there again if I am stuck in the city.
It is excellent , cheap and good quality hotel as per the name of hotel Quality Inn. The staffs are very polite, knowledgeable, understanding needs in a minutes. Very neat. We really love to stay when we come back to Kansas City in any chance. Of course it is very far from Airport but very closer to Downtown and all other shops.
Rooms were nice and spacious but housekeepin could have done a better job prior to check in
Check in was done professionally if not overly friendly. The hotel is located on a dead end but strangely, it's a very peaceful and quiet place. 4 ☆☆☆☆ We will def come back to stay when we're in KC.
Stayed here on August 7th 2017. Upon check in I was greeted by two friendly clerks. My room was perfect very clean place.. Nice selection at breakfast. workers were keeping it stocked. I would stay here again.
The carpets were also clean and didn't feel gross when you walked on it barefoot. The bathroom was also clean but a star lost for the condition of the tub. It was very oddly shaped and slippery when I was taking a shower, BE CAREFUL!
The general smell of the hotel was clean and pleasant when you walked in, what a nice surprise! There is a decent FREE breakfast bar in the morning but come early to avoid the herds.
For the price point (a little over $100) it was a very good experience. The mattress was perfect, 4 fluffy clean pillows, blankets and bedding were clean and smelled lovely.
