Staff was pleasant and nice though seemed struggle with how to use their own computer system. The rooms were clean, but the whole hotel could use a fresh coat of paint. The patch jobs were not well done and were peeling. It looked as though who ever painted didn't know what they were doing. That carried over to the pool area. It looked as they used regular paint on the floor near the pool and it was extra slick. They should have used a textured paint that would have been more rough to help prevent slips.
Have stayed here many times for Chief's games....its been going down hill for quite some time and I guess I've given them plenty of chances thinking they'll turn this place around. Since Ramada took it over I thought finally it'll get better again. NOPE it's a dump from stained bedding when we check in to holes in wall to stinky rooms, lack of towels in room, the list could go on and on. Don't take the shuttle to the casino...after calling to be picked up we waited an hour and a half and never got picked up...there's plenty of better hotels in this area to stay....don't book a room here or you'll regret it!
Hotel was alright! Front desk was super nice. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the Bartender was really rude when we returned to the hotel. My husband didn’t realize they were closed and asked what time and she snapped at him, “CLOSE AT 10 EVERY NIGHT”. We wouldn’t know that because we are not here every night. She seemed a little unorganized and frustrated when we first got to the hotel but we didn’t pay any mind to it then. Otherwise it was an alright stay! The room was a good size and perfect for a one night stay.
As any other Ramada, it's not the best. Weird stank as you walk in. Nice Setup just needs to be renovated. Nice bar lounge, dinner. Open indoor pool, & hot tub till 10pm. They even a small arcade game room, across from the Ice cream vending machine. Room Service was bad 4 nights they cleaned our room 1 time thank goodness they had housekeeping & maintenance living in the facility.
Assholes. I got room at first floor, undressed in my room and went to sleep. Early morning I got knocking in my door and some kind of woman asked me to leave hotel because I did something wrong and have to get out. I was very surprised. Any way I had my business to do, I went to shower and got out to lobby... That woman was new shift counter receptionist. I asked what was wrong she asked me to leave... Her answer was: you were naked in your room... What??? They watched me in my room, and because I was sleeping naked they asked me to leave ... I was very surprised.... I asked who made that decision... And answer was: housekeeping supervisor, she made that decision.... What a hell.... She said 3 people seen you naked .... Where??? - In your room... - Can you imagine that??? -
Horrible service and horrible management, I can't garantee, you will not be recorded with everything you do in your room, and than it will be used by hotel or housekeeping supervisor against you... By the way, I asked to see her, and she never came out.... WOW... Never use this hotel....
