Always an enjoyable stay! Spacious rooms, with kitchenette that has full size fridge. Great breakfast selection. Social gatherings M,T,&W are great. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

Nice hotel closer to airport. Spacious rooms. We stayed in a double queen and it has everything we wanted. Breakfast is ok but get busy really quick. Clean rooms and staff is friendly would stay here again if i visit Kansas city.
The rooms were amazing and the breakfast was some of the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! I also loved how the hotel was kind of outside of the city and secluded in a way. Very cozy stay and accommodated our group of 7 people :)
This location wasn't clean at all. Let's start with I had to request Linens for the pull out sofa bed even though all the room have sofa beds. I then went into the master bedroom and found stains on the sheets and hair on the pillows. So now after all this I'm looking around the room to see what else hasn't been cleaned. The kitchen area had dirty dishes in the drawer and the floor had stains on it. They gave us less than half a roll of toilet paper for three guest. Called down to request more toilet paper and it took 30 mins for someone to bring it upstairs all the while my husband is sitting on the toilet. We are Hilton members and decided for once to stay somewhere else and as you can see it was absolutely horrible. When I brought it to the attention of the staff the young lady was completely incompetent and acted slow if that was an act. When i asked if there was a website so i could give a review once again she knew nothing. Talking to the lady at the front desk was like talking to a two year old. I won't let my pet stay in this hotel. Everything about this place sucked.
