So the rooms were small and very dated. We asked for a late check out and then the front desk got mad the next day and asked us who gave us permission for a late check out. Then we had upgraded so we could have access to the exec floor for breakfast. When we got there, there was no milk, no plates, and they didn’t care. Then when I complained the man at the desk said too many people were upgraded..like that was my problem. I paid for my upgrade, too. Just makes me mad because I wouldn’t have paid for it. And never a sorry...just excuses. Poor management.
Indoor/outdoor pool was awesome for the kids. Breakfast was comped because our rooms were not ready when we arrived, but it was Christmas season and they were busy. Even so, would stay again for sure.
Beautiful hotel! Great little bar, and amazing dinner! The steak medallions we're SO good, and Aaron the bartender, was also the waiter, and was just super.
The room was clean and conveniently arranged. A sitting area included a refrigerator and microwave, both of which we used. I especially was thankful for the Keurig and coffee which always begins my day. All staff were polite and even cheerful. This was not our first stay here, nor will it be our last.
Very nice room at just the right price. There are other hotels on the plaza that are more that do not give you a suite. The bed and pillows are top notch. Also you have a fantastic view of the plaza. My only complaint is the $16 self parking fee.
