The workers are slow and unattentive I spent an hour waiting with my movers before they gave me my storage unit (costing me 150$) this after I asked prior to buying a storage unit if there was paperwork I needed to fill out before hand given they had already taken my card number and booked me over the phone which was a 30mins by the way. I asked if I needed to provide my own lock and was told no then had the desk worker throw a 10$ lock on the counter at me that didnt even fit my unit. They didn't solve that issue untill the next day and they had an additude about helping me with it. Can't wait to get my stuff out of their facility.
Heather is absolutely the best! Another Uhaul place (an independent storage place that sells Uhaul supplies, not a full -fledged Uhaul center like this one) told me completely wrong information about renting furniture pads, Heather allowed me to rent them for free because I had to travel so far to come get them. This kind of service is why I always use Uhaul!
The staff here is so helpful and patient. Asked a million and one questions, they happily answered them all.
The Customer Service was INCREDIBLE!!! Courteous, Kind, Informative, Attentive, Fast, Extremely Competent. I dealt with three seperate representatives from my reservation, check-out, and check-in occurrences, and all of these representatives exhibited all of the above positive characteristics and more.
