To top it off, they didn't even apologize. I have scheduled another install at a different location. Nick Wilson was the cashier/service rep. Awful all around.
Awful - Choose literally any other U-Haul location. Had scheduled a hitch install a week ahead. Got there at exactly my scheduled time only to find out they wouldn't be able to start the install until 5 at the earliest. They didn't notify me ahead of time so i had already taken off early from work plus driven 20 minutes out of my way. I asked immediately to be refunded my money (I wasn't going to wait 3 hrs for a hitch install) and they proceeded to take another 30 mins to process that proving they were clearly unable to keep a time and unable to properly run their own system.
It is really hard to navigate their storage units because they park their trucks everywhere between storage units. I just clipped my car trying to back out and there was hardly any space. I advise you to not use this storage unit.
Easy to rent whatever you need. The people that are very friendly and will answer any questions. The only problem I had was the wait to return the truck. That part took way too long. Other than that I'm very satisfied.
Nice and helpful employees, the parking lot sucks but I'm sure they know that. One of the better uhauls I've been to.
Pricing fair to rent uhaul, employees were fairly friendly, but seemed nonchalant and almost ho-hum. But for purpose was fine
