One tip I learned to get out fast is to park at the very top, and to back into the stall.
I would give no stars if I could. Took over two hours to get out of the Town Pavilion Garage on Saturday, 12/16/2017 after the NCAA Women's Volleyball Championship. This is unacceptable! I don't care what your designs issues are, you need to come up with some sort of remedy.
Hassle free parking close to the convention centers if you do not mind a slight walk.
Backing into the stall makes it easier to get out especially with there is a line of traffic. You don't have to worry about waiting for a large clearing to back out.
A great place to park for events. It did take a little bit of time to get out. However, the staff did a wonderful job on directing traffic to get everyone out as quickly as possible.
These tips will help you get out quick and not have to wait for over 30 minutes like myself and others have done.
Also, parking at the top means you don't have to wait for LEVELS of vehicles to clear out before you can get out. I made the mistake of parking near the exit, because I thought I could get out real quick, WRONG.
So the parking lot security attendant is a terrible person. He's also a power hungry bully. He allowed people to cut in front of those of us who waited for over an hour. He then proceeded to touch my vehicle and place his arms on the hood of my truck. Since when is it okay to put your body on someone else's property? Letting people cut the line is unprofessional and bad business. I will not use this garage again.
10 bucks to park for an event, cheapest around. Easy to get in and get out! Couldn't have asked for more...
