We had an exceptional experience on Sunday December 17th. Although they do not take reservations, I spoke with Dan the manager and explained that my father had recently returned home after a very long hospital stay. He loves Cheddar's, and we wanted to take him to share a family dinner at his favorite restaurant. This was his first venture out in several months. They graciously had a table waiting for our large group, and Rachel was perfect in seeing that our food was delivered quickly so we could get in and out with no delay. Thank you for being sensitive to our request and providing us with a wonderful memory with our Dad!
Food was good but service from the time we walked in to the time we left sucked. They tried to seat us at a dirty table had us go back up and wait for her to clean it off and then she seated someone else before she took us back to seat us again and the server was very forgetful everybody kept setting hot plates in front of the baby. Dishes never got removed as they were used my table was very cluttered
Love this place. The chicken strips are awesome, so is the tea! The service is usually always great as well. This is a good place to go with family. Highly recommend trying. Price is very reasonable and actually pretty great.
Ate here several times. St Joseph location is our normal restaurant. Food is always incredible. Better than any other restaurant. Fast service. Ribs are hands down the best anywhere.
Great food. We've tried many things on their menu and love them all. Soups, salads, vegetable platter, fish meals, ribs, etc. Never had a bad meal. Staff are really friendly and provide quick service.
