Worst professionalism I have experienced. Cashier away from the counter on the phone for 7 minutes, with a full line waiting to pay. Not even a greeting or an apology when the employee returns. Absolutely unacceptable, I will be running this up the ladder.

This location is always packed but the staff makes no effort to move quickly. The staff is often more concerned with their own conversations than with helping the customers. Today service was exceptionally bad. The girl doing step one put the three tacos overlapping and rather than placing ingredients on the middle of each individual taco, put all the ingredients in one pile in the middle of all three tacos where they over lapped. While I can understand her possibly being confused if she was new but, it seems like she was either poorly trained or a poor choice for the job. I also asked three times for a cup of water before I was finally given one because the girl packing the bags was talking nonstop to the cashier (as they are doing in the picture I’m posting). I can understand a crew having an off day but this location is consistently terrible at customer service and I hope corporate intervenes to make some improvements.

Possibly the worst Chipotle food I’ve eaten. Everything was cold. My beans weren’t drained properly so my taco was dripping. Some of my fajita toppings fell on the counter and he put it back into my taco. Did the same with my husband’s chicken. Also, our toppings were not spread out very well. I had one onion in my taco and my husband had minimal chicken in one of his. Not sure if they were skimping on ingredients or if the guys serving us just didn’t know what he was doing. Some of the floors and counters were also dirty. Won’t be eating at this Chipotle again.

This place is ALWAYS packed, but it's even worse during lunch hour. This could be the reason when they get orders constantly wrong. The service is extremely slow. Either hire more workers or create an efficiency plan. When you get to the counter to pay, expect to wait a bit more because they are severely backed up orders. It almost seems as if the workers are incompetent. Harsh, but it is what it is. If you order pickup, make sure you have EVERYTHING. They never fail to leave something off your order. I recommend going to a different location if you want a correct order or if you're in a rush.

I eat at Chipotle a lot, it's one of my favorite restaurants, but this is my least favorite one to go to, it's always so busy, the employees generally don't put much effort into going quicker, and they give the least amount of meat and rice I've ever seen at a Chipotle.
