We got carry-out, but there is seating: lots of exposed concrete and steel, hopefully not as uncomfortable as the burrito place that shares their design aesthetic.
I recommend: white sauce, mozzarella, chicken, green peppers, roasted corn & parmesan on top to finish it.
I liked it and will go back. 6:30 on a weeknight and there was a line. I had called in my order and jumped ahead to the register.
I am in love. Their location is great. They're open until 11pm amd the atmosphere is bright and casual.
One price (less than $8) gets you an 11" pizza with as many toppings as you want. (Extra for gluten free). All the usual toppings & more. Half a dozen sauce choices, even more cheese choices, the usual meats and more than 2 dozen veggie choices, plus they offer finishing sauces. The regular crust was pretty thin, but not the typical burned cracker. My wife liked the salad, but we didn't try the milkshakes or desserts this time.
I love Mod pizza! One low price for a perfect size pizza for one. All the toppings you can think of and you can pile it as high as you want. Delicious stone stove cooked and a Great staff! Did I mention very affordable! My favorite pizza place by far!
Only negative came when I called ahead to ask how much their one price was: the girl had to ask someone, and then gave me the wrong price. When I went to pick up our order I couldn't help but notice the giant sign w/ the correct price spelled out in numbers at least 8" tall. Regardless, the price is good, and the pizza is definitely worth it.
The biggest love I have for MOD is their use of Daiya cheese as a dairy-free option. Coupled with their impressive vegetable topping options, a fresh amazing vegan pizza is never too far away.

I went to their preview experience and got a delicious healthy salad (not usually my first choice at a pizza place, but it just looked so tasty and fresh!) and mini pizza. They have this seasonal pie called the Ella that hit the spot for a sneaky spicy flavor I think comes from the Sriracha sauce. Love the people and atmosphere here!

The dough, thin crust by the way, is made fresh and tastes fresh (very important) and soooooo maaaaany topping options. How many places do you know of that you can get an $8 small pizza dressed ANY way you like?????
