* Before we placed an order I informed the waiter about the coupon I received and gave him the code however, they charged me full price and had to wait 15 min to get it corrected.
First of all, The service we received was more than just awful.
* The over all experience was terrible. Please do train the staff to go check on the customers instead of just standing, wondering and chit chatting with each other.
McKenzie was an excellent server with a high attention to detail. The food was perfectly prepared and proved this location was ready to please your not so average vegan family. They were very respectful and considerate of their timeliness in every way. Their portions were bountiful and left my wife and I with full bellies.
Terrible service, and the food was mediocre. I would only suggest coming here if you feel like wasting money

I had the worst experience dinning here. This is the first time that I dine at this location. I have been to other locations and love the food there. The food took an hour and a half to get to us. Everything was cold except for the mongolian beef. There was a couples sitting next to us at the bar. They complained to the bartender and the manager came out and talked to them. At the end of the night, they had their entire drink and food covered. Then the bartender also brought out fancy appetizers and desert plates for them. We paid our bill and a generous tip to the bartender since we did eat the food and all. However, the difference in treatment between different customers sitting right next to one another is really disturbing. We also complained to the waiter but all we got was an apology. I don't know why we are being treated differently. The difference between the other couples and my companion and I were that they were older Caucasian people wearing really fancy clothing and we were not. I don't recommend this location at all, or P.F. Chang's in general if this is the way they treat their customers. We were celebrating finishing the KC marathon. This totally ruined the evening. We got their at 6:30 pm and didn't get out until almost 10 pm.
* After receiving the food, they forgot to get the fried rice which was suppose to come with the entree.
* Fried rice was not even close to warm forget about hot. It was served cold and looked like it was cooked a week before.
* We had to wait 45 min to get our food served. If restaurant was busy it would totally make sense however it wasn't even busy.
I had a good dining experience with a friend. I couldn't complain too much with the service and and food. I believe I either got low main or Pad Thai. Either way, it was really good. It took a little over 5 minutes to get service but we got it eventually which was fine with me and we had good time to look over the menu. Our server even gave us some extra sauce and was knowledgeable about some of the food.
* When we asked for hot sauce the guy who served food (not the guy who took our order) was gone for more than 10 minutes and no one even cared to ask if we were doing okay.
