I was in here this afternoon eating with my family and I witnessed the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. A customer asked for a pizza to be remade because everyone took the pizza that she specially requested, the staff member got an awful attitude with her and told her that she did call it out and then proceeded to talk about the customer right in front of her along with other people.... I also witnessed this same ballsy employee run to the back of the store with the manager when the customer called her out for it. . . I don't know who you were customer but thank you for calling her stupid ass out kudos to you!
Great pizza, great price! Would be nice if they cooked more of the good pizza and desert pizzas faster though.
If you want a cheap way to feed a bunch of kids in a laid back environment, this is your place. There's Pizza, dessert pizza a small salad bar, and pasta all on the buffet. The buffet is very cheap. The pizza is just okay. But it's fun for the kids and affordable for a night out.
Not too bad as everyone makes it out to be. Yes, can get quite busy especial at dinner time and not very fast customer service, but it's for kids and Simi cheap. Don't expect a nice place if you want clean, great customer service, great food go somewhere else.
