Popeye's chicken is just the best!!! Service at this location has been good so far. So happy to have one near work now.
This is the worst service I’ve ever had. 3 times in a row. They give you whatever chicken they feel like, even if it’s not the same amount. Order 5 tenders, get 7 pieces of fried breading that remotely resemble popcorn chicken. I live across the street and LOVE Popeyes chicken but I will never come to this place again. Fire your entire staff and rehire for the sake of your business. Jesus Christ.
Good food but they recently stopped giving out free sauce with any food. I believe their sauces are signature items and attrack a lot of the customer. They have started charging people $0.25 per sauce packet which is unreasonable considering how much sauce and how many types of sauce people consume with their chicken. I am very disappointed.
Unprofessional drive-thru staff. Plus my order was not complete. The cashiers are more focused on socializing versus focusing on their actual task. Why bother coming to work. You had one job...
The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the food was good. The service was terrible. We went through the drive thru and halfway through our order they switched employees so we had to give our entire order over again. Then we got to the window and the woman was frustrated that we couldn't take food and drink and sign for the card all at the same time. After we left we realized that we didn't have straws, napkins, or forks and we had an hour drive ahead of us. Just a bad experience overall.
