Staff was extremely rude. The girl sat on her phone and actually rolled her eyes when we asked for something. Pretzels were tasty but probably won't go back because of the staff!
Terrible staff there was a girl who did all the work while another was in her phone and talking to friends. The same girl coughed with out covering her mouth. They also got are order wrong 3 times. The receipt was wrong too. NEVER GOING THERE AGIAN.
Second time I've been there on a Saturday and they were out of everything. No estimate on when they would be restocked. Was told the "kitchen" closes at 7, yet business hours say open til 9. Staff has no desire to be friendly/helpful and has consistently forgotten after several reminders from me to add my loyalty account to my order-$20 spent with no rewards points earned. Love the pretzels, but the staff is just too awful to be worth going back.
Staff all looked like they did not want to be there... a girl's friend cut us off as we were walking in so she could chat it up with her at the register which caused her to mess up our order and we had to wait for her to make pretzels for us from scratch since the ones she gave us were wrong. The girl that sold us our food had no idea what we had ordered and the place was dirty... all in all the management here is either uninterested or trying to get the place shut down. I do not recommend.
Went there last weekend for a quick snack. Pretzel bites were average, almost not quite cooked all the way. Both employees looked bored and the lobby was not clean. Got 3 lemonades and they had black chunks floating in them. When we asked if that was supposed to be there, we were told that the ice machine had been doing that for a while and they had tried cleaning it but it didn't work. Nasty slimy ice mold. No thanks, won't be back.
