Slow and not the best service. The lady who was taking my order was new and didn't really know what she was doing. Now I don't have an issue with people who need to learn the job, but I do have an issue with someone who is training and doesn't have a person standing with them teaching them

Horrible owner... I paid online for a few sandwiches from what I thought was the Independence location. I didn't realized it was closed for good. I immediately called to cancel my order when I realized it was for the on on Armour Rd. The manager I spoke with at that time said it wasn't a problem and I'd have my money back in a few days. That was OVER A MONTH AGO!! I called back and spoke with another helpful manager but she said she didn't have the authority to give refunds so she gave me the owners number. When he called me back he said "well they still made the order for you , right" . I explained i called and cancelled I don't think they would of had the time to make my order in the time frame. He actually told me " I'll have to investigate this further". REALLY!?!? So I paid for an order I didn't get at all. My next step is calling corporate. The owner basically just stole $21 from me. I just cant believe the freaking hassle I have to go through. "investigate"?? really?? I mean do I have to show phone records from when I called to cancel? this is freaking ridiculous. Horrible customer service. I will never go to a Quiznos again.
