Usually a pretty good place to eat, a few slow paced waitress's but otherwise food is pretty good and they re-did the interior not too long ago. Easy to find and plenty of parking available
When we got there they said " it will be 30 min." Forty-five minutes later, I asked where we were on the list. They said, just two more ahead of you. Fifteen minutes later, (which it's been an hour) we asked again and they said you aren't on the list. My husband and I were really to leave and when they heard that they seated us right away.
This place has gone so downhill! We went there for Endless Shrimp on a Sunday night around 7:30-8. Our server walked by real fast, said "I'll be right back", well at least 7 minutes went by, and she came back. Didn't tell us her name, just asked what we wanted to drink. She argued that they didn't have soda water, my husband kept telling her "yes, its at the bar". We ordered drinks & food together since we were ready. Ten minutes later we get drinks & salads & biscuits. She brings be a ranch salad when I asked for blue cheese, and it had a long black hair in it. I told her I had the wrong salad (she didn't apologize for the hair) and brings me ANOTHER ranch salad. DUDE. Blue cheese!! She gives my husband a ceasar salad, when he asked for French. DUDE. French!!! So after eating a biscuit and waiting on the CORRECT salads, we decided to just leave because we had very low hopes on our meal being worth the wait after the salad incidents. NEVER GOING BACK
The food was up to par for red lobster and the service was responsive. The price was typical for red lobster. It has that old restaurant location smell but got used to it fairly quickly. Like most food establishments, they use a lot of salt to prepare the food. We shared the new surf and turf meal and I added a bowl of crab bisque. It was all very tasty. The steak was medium rare and cooked perfectly. The taste and tenderness was enjoyable. Lobster topped baked potato and the lobster wrapped scallops were wonderful.
The waitress was so attentive, the food was amazing. This is 500x better than the last Red Lobster I went to.
