2. Dessert Sticks: with icing and apple.
Their website often says they aren’t open, when there are. Like current time 12/25/17 @ 9:50pm; but I’m picking my food up now without acknowledgement from any of the employees about why the website is incorrect.
I have never had such a horrible experience at a restaurant. After waiting for an hour & 10 minutes, 20 minutes after the promised time, I called to check on the order & was greeted by a very rude employee. He told me our order had just left & would be here shortly. Our order did not leave the store for another 30 minutes. I know this because of the track your order feature. So not only was he rude but he also lied. When our Calzones arrived then were cold & stale like then had been sitting around for awhile. This has totally changed my opinion of Sarpino’s for the worse. Won’t be back here!
1. The calzones are fantastic, I recommend getting extra cheese or extra meat.
The employees seems have customer service seems to have a non-chalant way of servicing customers and their order related issues. They don’t like it when you call in large orders when their website is down.
Tried ordering delivery, had to call 3 times and the first two times i was put on hold for close to 10 mins and hung up on. The guy on my third call was also very short with me, which I understand if you are understaffed and busy. The hanging up part is what really bothered me.
I’ve been ordering here for the past year. The food is delicious— except for the breadsticks (hard) calzones (very greasy) and pizza (undercooked/doughy underneath). When you get your food delivered they frequently forget your dessert sauces.
Favorites
I want to commend Sarpino's on not only being literally the exclusive option for delivering food between midnight and 2 am, but also for having a wide selection of food to choose from, and not without highlights across the menu mind you. Did I mention they don't charge for delivery?
I was reading other reviews- people giving one star... I gotta say those people are crazy. This place is AMAZING. Best damn pizza I ever had. I love eating here, I just can't very often because the pizza is so damn good. And when something is that good, you know it's terrible for you. Best pizza ever, and I eat a LOT of pizza.
I called asking for mozzerlla sticks to be combined into one container and an employee said it wouldn’t fit, despite it being deleiverd in the request way for multiple weeks prior.
