I always come to this subway and always use the coupons they sent out, then they started telling me that it’s franchise owned since October 2017 yet last week I used a coupon and now they don’t. Funny how stuff works, think the employees here are just too lazy to work or maybe the new owner is money hungry. Business like that will never succeed, if they don’t take care of their customers.
Always clean, always friendly & the only location I know of that has Seafood Salad & Buffalo Chicken I totally love this location
They don’t accept mobile coupons- absolute terrible franchise! Very strong onion smell as well, like i get you have onion but that shouldn’t be the scent of the entire establishment.

After my spouse purchased sandwiches, I asked if our son could use the restroom and they lied and said the restroom was out of order, but 10 minutes later one of the workers go uses the restroom. Red flag one. Red flag 2, was their customer service was rude, and instead of speaking in Engish to talk smack they used another language and began to stare with rude looks because my spouse mentioned to me the strong dislikes that were given in our service. They're also a little higher price wise then the subway inside of Wal-Mart on 40hwy.
I have NEVER seen grated cheeses on a sandwich at any Subway. Except here. Just a tiny sprinkle. Since the sandwich was ordered ahead each time I have eaten here, I didn't realize until I tried to eat. Our office orders from these clowns occasionally. Several of us just bring our own lunch on "Subway Day" now.
I really try to support local businesses - even if they are chains. But in this case I just can't. I have suffered through the terrible food from this Subway on several occasions.
