The store is clean and organized, if cramped. It doesn't have everything a crafter could want, but it does have a lot. Their coupon system is tiresome, but that's all Michael's stores, not just this one.
I couldn't find what I needed. Wasted a lot of time looking. The cashier didn't know if they carried it or what it was. I mentioned I couldn't find someone to help me. She said "yeah everyone is in a meeting" I expected an apology or something. Expected too much? Disappointed to say the least.
Almost all employees were in a meeting.
